Single-row spherical roller bearings are self-retaining radial roller bearings. They also belong tp s;elf-aligning bearings. Benefit from the concave raceway on the outer ring, the SRB bearing are able to compensate the static and dynamic angular misalignment under certain limits. Inner ring is equipped with two fixed ribs and a formed raceway. The rollers are guided between the two inner ring ribs. Solid cages from ZWA single-row spherical roller bearings are mainly brass ones. ZWA offered two bore types for single row spherical roller bearing, one is cylindrical bore and the other is tapered.

Double row spherical roller bearing are the most widely used types in group of radial roller bearings. They have two rows of rollers, curved raceway in the outer ring and two raceways in the inner ring. The design of raceways make the bearings combine different characteristics in one bearing, for example, adjusting the angular loads. In general, the symmetrical rollers are guided by press steel cages or machined brass cages in ZWA’s production range.
The contact surface of the rollers will determine the allocation of stress at the contact points between the raceways and rollers. Owing to this feature, ...

Rollers are the components bored with loads in bearing operation. They are also the weakest component whose quality will directly affect the bearing’s performance like rotating speed, vibration level and flexibility. It’s also the key element for service life of bearings. Based on different categories, rollers can be divided into spherical, tapered, cylindrical rollers. According to different precision level, they are divided into grade I, II and III.
ZWA’s precision spherical roller bearings are with least grade II and raw materials are with European standard. The production capacity of ZWA is 80,000 to 100,000 piece monthly.

Cylindrical roller bearings ( also called CRB in short) are a kind of radial rolling bearings with cylindrical rollers. The rollers are lined in parallel shapes, in between the rollers are cages that are able to avoid the leaning of roller or friction between rollers. In consequence, the rotating torque is also avoided. The contact between the cylindrical rollers and the raceways is linear contact. In general, cylindrical roller bearings adopt pressed steel cages or machined brass cages. This design is employed by leading manufacturers like ZWA Bearings, one of the leading China cylindrical roller bearing manufacturers.
